Syracuse University marked Remembrance Week Nov. 8-14, a series of activities to educate the University and greater Syracuse communities about the Dec. 21, 1988, terrorist bombing of Pan Am 103 over Lockerbie, Scotland. On Friday, Nov. 13, the 35 SU students aboard Pan Am 103 were remembered during the annual Rose-Laying Ceremony at the Wall of Remembrance. Following the ceremony, the University's 2009-10 Remembrance Scholars were honored during a convocation in Hendricks Chapel. (Click photo for slideshow)
The Syracuse University School of Architecture undergraduate program has been ranked #2 in the nation by DesignIntelligence, the bimonthly journal of the Design Futures Council.
School of Education Dean Douglas Biklen has again teamed up with Academy Award-winning director Gerardine Wurzburg and State of the Art, Inc., to create a documentary film about the experiences of individuals with autism.
